Episode 48 (Givani Smith)
The boys this week had on another player from the Michigan State Spartans, Tommy Apap. Tommy is the current Captain for the Spartans this season. As a Native of Bloomfield Hills, it was always a dream for him to play for State. During his freshman season at state he was ranked second in the Big Ten for faceoff percentages at .582. Not a bad a guy to have in the circle late in the game! He was also ranked fourth nationally for all freshman that took over 100 faceoffs. The following season he continued this trend being ranked for faceoffs percentages once again, and again his Junior season! He was also voted teams MVP for his Junior season. Tommy has been a strong leader for the Spartans being voted as Captain his Senior Year. Tommy also had a few seasons in the USHL, and the NAHL.
He looks forward to continuing his hockey career after college, and we hope to see him make his way up the ladder soon!
