Episode 56 (Teemu Pulkkinen)
This week the fellas had on their second guest from the Toronto Six of the NWHL and their first French-Canadian player from Quebec, Sarah-Eve Coutu-Godbout. She was able to walk us through what the bubble life was like in Lake Placid, NY for the NWHL season. Although it was unfortunately cut short, the Toronto Six has established themselves as a force to be reckoned with. In 6 games played, they climbed to the top, boasting a league-best 4-1-1 record.
Sarah also relived the days of playing in the World Junior Championships against arch-rival United States. Everyone will really enjoy hearing how she describes the age-old rivalry. It’s pretty cool for us watching at home - just imagine playing in it!
