Thomas Lilley is the owner and head coach of Ground ZeroW on the Gold Coast, he is one of if not the best powerlifting coach within Australia. Having worked with many high level athletes over the years Thomas is one of the most sought after coaches and now mentor's other coaches through his Coach Development Program.
