Ed is the President of Equipping Hearts for the Harvest and for more than 40 years has worked with substance abusers and their families in diverse settings. He is an experienced trainer, pastor, and counselor. Ed has led workshops in ministries and churches worldwide, equipping workers to serve hurting men and women in their communities.
Ed is the author of several books, including two new books coming out: Beyond Becoming (out now) and The Weight of Leadership (Out in August).
