We are creatures of habits so everything we do in a day, in turn, is one. However, over and over again I see people fail to build habits because they are missing the main point of it all

There's more to habit building than just setting a goal and doing it. Sure, for some this might just be the case but for most of us and for most circumstances, it doesn't work quite as easy
