Monika shares the story of her entrepreneurial journey, and how she exited the corporate world to follow her vision of building a business of her own. Her vision began with a passion for creative interior design, and grew into a business with three full-time employees, and design services that span several commercial and residential categories. We also discuss the topics of client referrals, building a supportive professional network, hiring philosophies, and adjusting a business to serve new markets.
