I did a lot of things wrong after my miscarriages. I did a lot of things right too, by the way. But it took me a long time to realize what I was doing wrong. In fact, most of these things were still in check after my second and then my third miscarriage. I didn’t really learn until later.
You might be just a few days or weeks after your miscarriage or perhaps it's been years. What I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter, you’ve likely been doing at least one of these things wrong as well. Everyone does.
I want to share 5 things I did wrong with you now so that you don’t have to wait to figure them out on your own and can start changing them now. I'm also going to share what I wish I would have done instead.
