It's tough for women to love their bodies on a good day.  But how do you love your body after it feels like it's betrayed you?

I've had body image issues since childhood, but my miscarriages really made me lose what little trust and love I had left.  In last week's episode (#39), I shared 5 tips for restoring love for your body.  Today, I take one of those tips and really delve in. 

We'll do a short meditation together that will allow you to bring positivity back to your whole self.
