The Anti-Christ, Korihor, makes his appearance and persuades many people in Zarahemla to believe in his words. He attempts the same thing in Jershon and Gideon with no success. He is brought before Alma, the High Priest, as well as the chief judge of the land. He is questioned and goes on to accuse Alma of many false things challenges Alma on the teachings of Christ. Alma stands his ground and gives Korihor a sign that he had been asking for. Korihor is struck dumb and later trodden down by the Zoramites. Alma puts the "Dream Team" of missionaries together and goes to the Zoramites to try and bring them back from their lost ways.
