On this episode of the Healthy Church Podcast, Larry and Drew discuss a great post from Ron Edmonson on what Great Leadership qualities look like.  Often we give best practices or strategies for leaders, but what we like about this list is these traits have already been proven and these are habits of great men and women. 

After we talk trough these, maybe you’ll want to take this list and ask yourself, which of these you may need to work on?

1. Had a Character worth following.
2. Believed in me more than I believed in myself.
3. Available to me when I needed them.
4. Challenged me to be better than I thought I could be.
5. Skillful and competent, but not arrogant or self-serving.
6. Visionary and challenged mediocrity.
7. Lived for a legacy not immediate recognition.
