• Mission -  The WHAT - we're supposed to be doing.
• Vision - The WHERE - we're going.
• Strategy - The HOW - map of how to get there.

- We need congregational buy in on these ideas for growth.
- We need to align pastoral values with congregational values.
- We need to be careful to not COPY another church - be unique, contextualize.
