What is your church culture like? What are the things people feel and experience when they come to your church? What are you known for? What does your church value and express? Sometimes we have a culture we don’t want, and we have to begin the process of identifying it and changing it.
Scazzerro’s book “Emotionally Healthy Spirituality” is a phenomenal book for pastors and he has a new book about discipleship called “Emotionally Healthy Discipleship”. These are inside out principles in a world mostly concerned about the surface.
