On this podcast Larry and Drew discuss the first and second levels of Maxwell’s “Level’s of Leadership”. Just because you have the “position” as pastor, doesn’t mean you have the trust of the people. In the business world, leaders are followed at this level (because they have to be) because of their job. As church leaders, we want to build trust because our people want to give it, not because they are forced to.
