On this episode, Larry and Drew revisit their previous conversation on different levels of leadership. Today they address “permission” and “production”. Level 2 - permission is about relationships and building trust with your body so that you may add influence to your position. Level 3 - production is about what you’re trying to get done with the congregation. This is a solid episode on what these areas of growth as a leader look like.
