Peter waffles for 30 minutes about ignoring the gossip/lifestyle magazines when it comes to health advice. An example being this article about protein deficiency in "Stylist" magazine.
It's nothing against the magazines as such, they just don't really know how to source geniune experts as the above article shows.

He also elaborates on the problem of titles in the Health and Fitness industry;  "Holistic nutritionist, Nutritional Expert, Personal Trainer, Post-Natal Fitness Specialist" etc. etc. These titles don't mean anything and that's a real problem.

And then we go back to proper post-natal stuff as he goes over some benefits of Post-Natal massage (Remember we have a Facebook competition on this week) AND we're talking food hangovers!
