Description

We bring an abundance of worries into our lives with two simple words, "What if..."  Most often we use those words when we are considering negative results or consequences. 
 'What if I lose my job?'  What if the doctor report is bad?'  
Our focus on the negative 'what if's' produces fear and worry that we do not need.  
Today we talk about how to handle our, 'What if's.'
