One of the greatest secrets to living a life of abundance, peace and joy is through the emotion of gratitude. We already learned that we can access our emotions through our thoughts. So we are going to walk through to access the feeling of gratitude. This is so that we can then learn to feel and recognize the emotion within us. And we can begin to practice this at any point in our life.
