We took a slight detour on our journey to Easter through the Gospel of Luke and heard from our friend Pastor Joel Cauley of Relevant Church in Kentucky.
In 2 Corinthians 4, the apostle Paul speaks of the weight we carry in this world, the heaviness, but also how Jesus lifts that off of us. Put on your garment of praise for your spirit of heaviness. Sometimes we've got to praise our way out of a heavy season. We do that by reaching UP to God in worship and reaching OUT to others in servitude.
