In Luke 7:36-50, we get one of the most beautiful pictures of humility in the Bible. As a women who is known by her sin finds herself broken at the feet of Jesus; washing, kissing, and anointing Him. Her understanding of the magnitude of His forgiveness brought a humbling response. Yet there is another in the room who just sat, watched, and judged - not considering his own sin.
This brought us to a humbling question, "Have you considered the depravity of your sin and the goodness of Christs forgiveness?"
ONLY JESUS can forgives us of our sins. He if faithful and just forgives us AND cleanse us. How good is our God?!
