You cannot be good at everything all the time. We realized that we have done so many strategic tasks during the Covid shutdown, but we have been so focused on our tasks that our diets have become much worse. We cant do it all, but we can focus on 1 thing for 1 month. 

We have so much more stress when we only see the perfection side of social media. The superman/woman complex is real in our heads but not in real life. You are not going to be a superhero in every area. Stop trying. 

Stop trying to manage time. Instead, ask yourself. What is your intention and priority? Pick 1 thing and focus on it for the next 30 days: improve relationships in your household, prioritize a business task, even focus on something you really enjoy. Pick something and go after it for 1 month. Of course, you cannot abandon everything else, but if you make this 1 thing a priority, you will see great shifts and less stress in that area of life.
