In this ever-changing world, one of the most powerful practices to help move through the change and challenge is mindfulness.  In this episode, Keith Fiveson, Certified Addictions Recovery Coach, Certified Professional Coach, and a Contemplative Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Coach, and author of 'The Mindfulness Experience, is here to help shine light on ways to heal. 

The conversation weaves between the current presence of T/trauma in individuals and the collective and practical tools to try in present time for healing help.  Keith shares how decades of his own life experience, living the "American dream" of a big paycheck and corporate job led him to this healing work of understanding how trauma can impact a human or groupings of. 

And, then the love! The compassion!  The layers of joy and sweetness of life, and even  psychedelics and how these elements can play a role in the evolution of not only healing trauma but of life as we know it.
