John Sahatjian has been involved in emergency serves for over 20 years including a volunteer firefighter, EMT and Dispatcher. He is an Ex Chief for 8 years and Level 2 instructor for 10 years. He is the owner of Jersey Shore Emergency Training specializing in Mental Health and training for Volunteer fire firefighters. 
He is currently a volunteer in Brick, NJ and a Communications Supervisor.

Brooke Ames is a rookie firefighter who came from the corporate world where she worked as a project manager for a Fortune 200 company. She spent 5 years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT where she lost over 100 lbs, secured the required certifications, passed the CPAT and secured a full time job as a career firefighter/paramedic in South Central Wisconsin. Passionate about continuous improvement and evidence based problem solving, Brooke brings to life the simplicity of successful corporate tools and translates them into the symbolic 451 F link to implore others to be better than yesterday. Brooke and her family reside in South Wayne, WI where she and her husband own a small farm. Brooke has a degree in Animal Science, is recently licensed as a paramedic, and is an avid gym goer. She holds technical certifications in Swift Water Rescue, Confined Space, and High Angle Ropes.

Jeremy Sanders has served for 18 years on a career department North of OKC where he is currently at the rank of captain. He is also Volunteer firefighter in his hometown near Tulsa. Roscoe Rockland Fire Department

Seven year volunteer firefighter, currently holding the rank of Captain. His lifelong ambition of becoming a firefighter came to fruition seven years ago when he moved to the United States from England. Nate is a 911 dispatcher in upstate NY, but is still chasing the career goal to become a career firefighter. A small summary of classes attended include FF1, FO1, Swift Water Rescue Tech, Ice Rescue Tech and Principles of Instruction.  One of his other aspirations is to become a NYS Fire Instructor.

About our host: 

Chief Brian Soller has been a volunteer firefighter for 30 years.  Brian is currently Chief of the Rock Hill Fire Department (100% Volunteer / Sullivan County, NY) and a Past Chief of the Monticello Fire Department (Combination / Sullivan County, NY). Brian is a Nationally Certified Level II Fire Instructor as well a Nationally Certified Fire Officer. He has been instructing firefighters of all levels for the past 17 years.  Brian is also a long time NYS Emergency Medical Technician as well as an Advanced Swift Water Technician.  Brian's passion lies in the promotion of professionalism in the volunteer fire service.
