Today on the podcast we discuss how to start including recovery in your week, how it can look, why it's important, and how to implement it. I talk about my own personal journey of going from someone who actually left a yoga class MORE stressed than before to now being able to include meditation, yoga and other forms of recovery in my daily routine. One way we're helping members to "make recovery great again" is by offer a new 1/2 hour recovery course called "Cool 30." 

*Side note: brown noise is actually a real thing. My wife schooled us after the recording and showed us the spectrum of noises from white, brown, blue to violet noise. Highly recommend looking this up!
