We all have that time in our lives when tasks compile and our anxiety goes through the roof. The two common strategies are too tackle every single thing at the same time or become paralyzed and not do anything because there is just way too much to do.
Today I give you a technique I teach my coaches to be able to manage their anxiety by parking what is partly important and creating massive action on things that are the most important to them. Make sure to have a pen and paper write things down and see if it helps you in any way.
