Psalm 50
We move from the sons of Korah to an Asaphite psalm. However, the theme of the city of God seems to continue on into this psalm. Andrew and Edwin note that this psalm starts like it is going to be another psalm of amazing praise about God and His dwelling place Jerusalem. However, it makes a sudden turn and becomes a court room scene in which God judges His people. The main lesson we learn today is back to that wisdom idea of fearing the Lord.
