Is it possible to have a perfect period? Menstruation is often an overlooked, and underutilized vital sign, and just like blood pressure measurements, paying attention to certain signs and symptoms our period is giving us can tell us so much about the state of our health. On today's episode Cody helps us decode this important vital sign and gives us steps to start working toward a healthier period. Cody addresses questions sent into her about period problems that women, like you, are facing. She goes into what it means if you are experiencing symptoms like; clots, extremely light or heavy periods, brown staining, super short and frequent cycles, long periods, irregular periods, terrible cramps, debilitation PMS issues and more. She shares that you can have a better period by next month, and eventually even have a perfect period, they exist!! Cody explains that once you have the right information about how your body really works, and when you understand what your period symptoms are telling you, you can address those symptoms with simple actions and easy strategies, and heal your period problems and hormonal imbalances long term.
