There’s nothing more frustrating than when weight shows up out of nowhere and won’t budge no matter what you try. But we've found that weight gain is ALWAYS a symptom of something else happening in your body, and today Cody and Jess share the most likely culprits!
You guessed it, it comes down to our hormones! I know many of us when we notice some weight creeping on and we set out to lose it…we do what? Count calories! But when it comes to being successful and losing fat and maintaining a healthy weight, we need to make sure our hormones are balanced and on our side.
