Wendy and Toni are back with bee-utiful and jilted Dorothea and avenging Dalton, Duke of Osborne. Now a scandal, the very accomplished Thea is happily enjoying some freedom in Ireland before a final season. She has plans including being blissfully unmarried, but her plans are ruined by Dalton with one waltz. To set things to rights, she takes it upon herself to fix them by making the duke help her. Running away with the duke was not planned, but Thea took the opportunity to go back to Ireland and needle Dalton into giving her access to his Irish estate’s hidden portraits for her future endeavors. Dalton’s future is set on searching for a killer and doesn’t include marriage because of his secret gig. After years of searching, he goes back to the place he’s been avoiding. What he finds is the past he’s avenging and it puts him in a confused state. His last meeting with Thea ended unfortunately with her choice to live freely and based on her decisions. What is he to do now that the purpose of his revenge is revealed? Life happens, but we’ll always have the chance to reassess and choose what to do next.
