There is this idea that if we feel uncomfortable with our thoughts, our physical actions will resort to the fight-flight-freeze response, our body’s natural reaction to danger. We may not see the danger, but our minds tend to believe that it’s there, simply because our minds have a difficult time to differentiate our thoughts to our reality.
