Unlike the long form podcast on a Friday, this is a catch up with members of the low carb community. We will share recipe ideas, chat about how they are finding the lockdown and generally make sure we are both doing well.
This Tuesday, I caught up with Liz who over the last year has become a low carb friend to both Basma and me.
