Meeting Rachel Ludkin was really insightful as I had never heard of her skin condition before. However I can't imagine how Rachel managed to live with painful lumps appearing all over her body.
She discovered Keto and transformed her health, it's a wonderful story full of hope. However I must admit that I couldn't help but go off on a rant when she had a shat with her medical team. Anyway, I'll let you listen and see what you think.
