Newly minted PHC ambassador - Nicola Lock 😊 l Ep. #049
I have known Nichola for the last 6 or so months from my FB group UK Low Carb and she has been a member of the Wolf Pack taking part in the our extended fasts. Nicola is also a newly minted Public Health Collaboration ambassador. We talked about her plans as a PHC ambassador and her story of gradual metabolic health issues.
