By understanding yourself better and why you are doing what you are doing, or most likely why you are not doing what you want to be doing, you can stop judging and beating yourself up and have compassion for yourself.
Your brain looks at decluttering (or achieving any other goal) as danger. In your brains point of view it's the opposite of seeking pleasure, avoiding pain and being efficient. But you don't use this as an excuse to do nothing and stay stuck, on the contrary!
This understanding will help you that you finally do what you say you want to do but from a place of compassion and self-love. You can rewire your brain so that you can achieve your decluttering (and other) goals.
The life you want is on the other side of all that mental clutter.
