I am very excited to welcome Cynthia D'Amour to the show today. Her last name D'Amour literally means 'of Love' so she is in the perfect field because she is helping successful women find love - without dimming their light or settling down.
Cynthia’s magic strategy across all her work is to get people to put a stake in the ground for their happiness and choose their best life, both professionally and personally. She has coached tens of thousands of leaders - and spent the last 20 years keynoting at leadership conferences, but today we are talking about leadership in a different way, we are talking about dating, delicious dating as Cynthia calls it.
Yes you heard that right, we talk about dating but see in my eyes it's not only or not necessarily about dating, it's about letting go of, declutter, old beliefs, limiting beliefs, outdated beliefs. It's about getting clear and authentic which is sometimes hard to do.
There is a reason why I talk with most of my guests about mental clutter, mental clutter is the hardest clutter to deal with and to get rid of, it needs a lot of work, way more work and is much harder than decluttering your home from physical items
But don't worry, there is a lot of laughter involved, Cynthia is very delightful, delicious and funny. We mainly talk about the outdated dating rules that we grew up with and that are still lingering around. But then again, it's not just dating rules, it's in general how we show up in relationships and at work.
