Some have said that there are 365 references to fear in the Bible. Kind of like when we can read a Proverb a day for a month for gaining wisdom. Fear can be silenced 365 days a year by simply reading verses about fear. Since God knows all, I am sure He knew that there would be times of fallen faith.

· Nationwide, almost one in five people (47.1 million) in the U.S. are living with a mental health condition.

· Before the pandemic, 8.5% of U.S. adults reported being depressed. That number has risen to 27.8% as the country struggles with COVID-19. About 10% of youth in the U.S have severe depression.

· During 2019, about one in six (15.6%) adults aged 18 and over experienced symptoms of anxiety.

· Nearly 2 in 3 adults (65%) say the current amount of uncertainty in our nation causes them stress. Nearly 1 in 5 adults (19%) say their mental health is worse than it was at this time last year.

We are facing a national mental health crisis that could yield serious health and social consequences for years to come.

Questions to ask yourself:

1. How do you process information and news that you come across, someone has shared or you listen to?

2. How do you unplug from the world?

3. What impact has the nature of technology had on you?

4. What are your feelings about what people think of your image? How do you feel when you get or don’t get likes. How do you deal with your self-worth?

5. How would you react if you were told you lost your job?

6. When stress hits, how did you cope?

7. Are there days when you are uncertain about the future?

8. When fear grips you, what do you do?
