In today’s episode, Matthew will talk about how he battled with anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, which led to agoraphobia. The labels increased in Matthew and his self-image began to worsen. You know, those labels people put on us. All these words can actually make you feel like a nobody.
Take all those words, throw them away! Hold on to these words instead.
