And She Looked Up was born from the creative minds of Melissa Hartfiel and Lisa Bolton who both knew creating for a living takes a special kind of person: one part artist and one part businessperson. Melissa Hartfiel is a designer, illustrator, writer, and photographer with a penchant for vibrant colour. She’s been a self-employed creative since 2010. Lisa Bolton is a best selling author, food stylist, and photographer. With a passion for business, she considers herself an unexpected creative at heart. Both women reside just outside of Vancouver, Canada.
