This week Thomas DeSchutter of Bloom Strategies, interviews Cara Halber of Nourish Soulfully.
Cara was diagnosed with an allergy to food, while training to be a nutritionist. Through determination, she was able to heal herself through self-care and self-worth practices. This journey has inspired her to help others find nutrition solutions specific to their bodies.
Her philosophy is, if it doesn’t feel good in your body then it’s not good for you. One size does not fit all when it comes to nutrition.
