And to date, the primary focus has been on our physical health and the associated risks, yet we also need to know how to practice good mental health hygiene. As this pandemic evolves, we will continue to discuss the importance of the mind-body connection — our physical health impacts our mental health and our mental health equally impacts our physical health. This episode covers important tips on ways to maintain our mental health and the ripple effects it can have on our relationships, families, jobs, and the economy.
