The Al-Anon principles have been a foundation of my Soul Recovery. In this episode I walk through Al-Anon's 'Just For Today' quotes. Each of these simple messages remind us that just for today we can make different choices in how we relate to those around us, and take better care of ourselves. This is my take on the quotes from my experiences and the Soul Recovery Journey. The episode finishes with an original song "Calling For Me" which is inspired by my own Soul Recovery.
