In Soul Recovery we are learning the value and importance of our voice and how, and when to use it.  For some of us, we learned to not speak up for fear of being shut down or upsetting people, for others we have used our voice as a weapon to keep us safe from being hurt.  In this episode we take a look at old and unhealthy ways of using our voice, and how to begin to make different choices in communication.  We also explore the importance of finding your voice and being able to communicate clearly and kindly with the people in our lives about what we want and need, and letting go of control of the outcome.  When we are more connected to our True Self and Higher Power we can speak from a spiritually strong and healthy voice in all areas of our life.
