Today to celebrate the beginning of year four for the podcast and to share my thoughts on aligning with the future version of yourself that is free from alcohol.
As we celebrate this milestone, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey so far and to thank you for being a part of this amazing community. I am proud of what we have accomplished and I am grateful for the lives that have been changed through this podcast.
My intention for being here is to help you get curious about what it would look like if you spent more time aligning with the future version of yourself that wants alcohol out of the way, that is ready for relief and freedom. I want to encourage you to listen to previous episodes and think about the wise and intuitive part of yourself that already knows what it feels like to be alcohol-free.
I know that there may be some resistance and fear when it comes to giving up alcohol, but I want to remind you that you are already free. The real part of you that is maturing and growing does not want alcohol anymore. However, there may be habits and thoughts that need to change in order for you to fully step into this new reality.
As I step into year four of the podcast, I want to encourage you to reassess your intention and realign with your values and who you are as you change. The question I want you to ask yourself about alcohol is how you can realign with your intention as you change and grow.
To celebrate with me, I would be grateful if you could take a moment to leave a five-star rating and a review on Apple Podcasts. This will help us reach even more people who need to hear this message and support the podcast to remain ad-free.
Thank you again for being a part of this journey and I look forward to continuing to support you on your journey to alcohol freedom.
