So many of us nowadays work from a seated position. Technology has advanced so much that a majority of the work needed to make the world go round is done from behind a computer in a seated position. And with this comes some not-so-awesome changes in your body as it adapts to being plopped in front of a screen all day. This can come in the form of weight gain, muscle tightness, loss of joint mobility, and just an overall decrease in quality of life. But there are some things that can be done in order to offset some of the negative adaptations brought upon by countless hours of sitting.
