God often qualifies those he's called in the process of doing the work. And often we have the power and the know-how to do it, but haven't started because we need someone to see in us what we can't see for ourselves; to say "I believe in you. You can do this."
Are you surrounding yourself with those who believe in you? Are you stating your belief in your people? Are you being a champion and a cheerleader?
