AJ Carillo and his wife, Nicole, own and manage the land of Deer Tree Farm in Hotchkiss, Colorado. They moved from the Front Range in 2016 and have been building their regenerative farm ever since. These days, they have a dog, a human child, and countless farm animals to tend to in addition to thousands of trees and thousands of other plants.
