Description

Trigger warning: this episode contains conversations about depression and suicide.

If you've not heard about Kath Koschel and the work she's doing, you will. She's making the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time. In this episode we dig into her personal story and it's one of the most incredible stories of adversity, resilience and courage I've heard.

Kath has transformed her life threatening challenges into a global kindness movement. She is one of the toughest, most courageous, brave, hardworking, humble and genuine people you'll meet. Kath has founded the Kindness Factory – an organisation and global movement that promotes kindness around the world. She's developed a curriculum that teaches kindness in schools, she's broken world records, she's an elite athlete in multiple sports, a Pride of Australia Medal recipient amongst so many other achievements. Oh, and she's training to swim the English Channel.

When you hear about what she's gone through to get here, you'll appreciate why she's such an inspiration.

Kath's drink pairing for this episode: Peach Kombucha

Kaths' soundtrack for this episode: 'Send Me On My Way' – Rusted Root
