When we ask the wrong questions, we fail to get the right answers and end up making us feel terrible. What should we be asking ourselves? This three letter word: HOW? Emotional intelligence is at the core of being able to make these behavioral shifts. Take care of your mindset and practice changing your internal thoughts to positive affirmations.
