How to forgive someone when you feel you are the one who got hurt and the one who has done nothing wrong; and that if anything…it should be the other person who should apologize to you! The problem is that when we don’t forgive, we stay stuck in our past, and sometimes in depression even, our health suffers from it, and we are not able to move forward. Moreover, we end up attacting the same pain over and over into our life. But when we chose to forgive (it doesn’t have to be in person, just in our head), we are in fact releasing the person we have been holding hostage within us and are setting ourselves free!
