This one has been a bee in our bonnet for a long time. Camp counselors make so little money, but often spend so much of it on things they use at camp and we’re here to stand on our soapbox and say NO MORE!

Granted, there are some times to invest in gear, games or self-care, but at the end of the day you should never have to spend big bucks to be a First Class Counselor!
