My intention for 2023 with all dynamics of relationships...

..is to go deeper.

This means being courageous, bold, asking questions and having conversations, and learning and growing myself.

Relationships are the most important thing we will have over our lifetime if nothing else, and so it's crucial we nurture the right ones. I hope today's episode inspires you to look at the different people in your life (including yourself) and put more focus on deepening those connections.
